RCMA Makeup is committed to ensuring your professional kit remains stocked with the highest quality products; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our returns processing center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
